If all you do for exercise each day is run around the neighbourhood or walk on a treadmill at the gym, it can grow monotonous. You may feel energised by include music in your training routine. Fitness coaches have recently begun introducing Bhangra, a traditional folk dance from Punjab, into workouts. The vibrant folk dance known as "bhangra" was created in Punjab's farming regions and takes its name from the harvest of the bhang (hemp) plant. It is mostly performed by men to dhol beats and short songs called boliyan. It is mostly connected to Baisakhi, which is the Sikh New Year and is a Punjabi spring harvest celebration. Moreover, there is the celebratory dance known as Giddha, which is the feminine equivalent of Bhangra and is done during festivals or other social events.
